History

                The Radieschen was founded in 1983 on the beautiful North Sea island of Wangerooge.
                           In 1996 the second Radieschen was opened in Darmstadt-Eberstadt.
                               Two years later, the Radieschen on Wangerooge was closed.

                                            Since the beginning of 2019 we lead,

                                                Anna Karlak & Erik Johnson,

                                    are running the company in the second generation.

                                       We supply companies with our lunch catering.

                                                Whether for ten or 200 guests
                              we are happy to complement your celebration with our dishes.


                                                        Food for life
                             We obtain a large part of our ingredients from organic farming:
                       • all products of animal origin such as milk, cheese, cream, yogurt, eggs, etc.
                                 • cereal products such as flour, bread, baguette, pasta, etc.
                                                 • all nuts, seeds & legumes
                                                   • and all potato products


                                 We promise you that with all our artisanal cooking skills
                              and the joy of our work to your, and thus to all our well-being,
                                                    in kitchen and service.
