Wafer-thin slices of potato, baked in a cream with
marinated garlic and selected spices.
Gratinated with marinated mozzarella, accompanied by arugula leaf spinach
and tomato cream.

Carrots, leeks, chickpeas and ginger are combined with selected spices
and oriental bean tempeh to create a perfect,
exotic taste experience. Served with basmati onion rice
and coconut fig chili chutney.

A grilled dish originally from Indonesia,
which we serve with marinated and crispy fried panko tofu,

Millet, originally native to Central Europe,
still a staple food of many people in Africa.
We present to you, Beyond Africa, a savory with red peppers, cashews, peanuts
and onions. Refined with fresh goat cheese
and many mysterious African spices.
Finished with coconut butter, we serve with a spicy
and fruity peanut sauce, cream of fresh goat cheese
and a small vegetable variation.
